Brno International & National Show

Featured Written by

The DuoCacib Brno, organised by the Czech Moravian Kennel Club, took place on the first weekend in February. The Best in Show on Saturday, judged by Vaclavik Miroslav, went to the Schnauzer (Pepper-Salt), Ave Concord Magnifique and Sundays BIS, judged by Ridarcikova Gabriele (SK), went to the Landseer, Arun Z Laderova both from the Czech Republic.

With a few more than 8,000 dogs over the two days the entry was quite comparable with the year before.

Following the international board of judges, about a third of the entered dogs came from outside of the Czech Republic.

With Eukanuba and Our Dogs as Show Partners and the International set-up the Czech Kennel Club is going in the right direction to a healthy, high quality and enjoyable European Dog Show in 2014.

Even though the Brno shows are organised really well, for the Euro Dog Show there is still lots of work to be done to make the a proper European event. The massive showground in Brno with huge halls will be the place of the Euro Show from 26th to the 28th October 2014.
