BCA thought of giving Unique Trophies for each show because exhibitor comes to our show spending lots of time & money to achieve his/ her Passion & love towards the sport. BCA thought to increase their moral & boost their willingness to achieve their goals. At first, the clay model is prepared for approval by the club with several sittings & then final material used is Faber.
The vision of BCA is to reach out to all Exhibitors and satisfy their need and requirements on the showground with a super venue Arrangement at the showground and to get the new generation to involve in our sport” Venue Well now my bit for the show lets the start of by talking about the venue Shagun gardens venue for the show; its tailor-made for a dog show with synthetic green lawn turf, loads of shade with tall old trees loads of space for the dogs with great arrangements of the podium very professional.
To add to it excellent food prepared by a very famous caterer Niyaaz succulent meat flavoured rice called biryani and many other dishes in the venue. Unique Trophies are awarded, this time it was the German Shepherd Head Mould-made by a super talented artist, every year these guys make a mould of a breed headpiece for the Best in show last year it was the Dobermann head previous to it was a Rottweiler head There were more the 33 Breeds & 255 Dogs where present for BCA 2019 show and both rings were dominated by Dobermann’s winning the Best In Show.
And to add to this Mr Ganesh Halgekar also supported a NGO which is called the Belgaum Animal Rescue & Care – BARC, Belgaum’s first animal NGO whose sole aim to promote animal welfare, the first registered ngo working in Belgaum.
It is a boon for animals in the northern region of Karnataka because there are no ngos here in the northern part of Karnataka. In a span of 6 months, we have rescued more than 22 injured dogs, got more than 100 Indian native breeds adopted into happy families and successfully united 4 lost dogs. We have connected all the animal lovers of Belgaum and adjacent areas through our page. Contact: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
